Volunteers
Parents are really the primary educators of their children. In order to become more involved, you may volunteer for any number of tasks -- teaching, substitute teaching, being a classroom aide, a helper in the office, a traffic monitor, or volunteer to serve coffee and donuts. Consider volunteering at the next workshop

CORI

In accordance with the Diocese of Fall River, all individuals who will be working with children should participate in a CORI (Criminal Offense Record Inventory) screening. This screening will inform one Diocesan Official of any convictions a person has. Should a person have been convicted of sexual abuse, the pastor will be informed and that person will no longer be able to teach children. This is a pro-active stance the Diocese is taking to assure the safety of our children. All members of our religious education program who teach ro work with children will be required to participate in the CORI workshop, even if they have gone through the CORI process in the past
